OPTIONS:
- Bring down the one person they identify as having the conflict with by checking their schedule and calling the teacher to call them down.
- Just be a listener, sometimes all someone needs in to be heard so they can figure out their own solutions
- Refer the situation to the counselor. This is ANYTIME there is harm to self or other involved. Start with Mrs. Bahkre. Consult with Mrs. Bahrke anytime you are wondering what your next step should be. Don’t allow the person to leave in case I would need them.
- Refer the situation to Mr.Hermes. This happens when someone is being harassed, has been hurt, a threat, or theft. Always consult Mrs. Bahrke before taking this step.
- Review cases as needed with Mrs. Bahrke after just to make sure you’re on the right track and you don’t worry that you did the right thing.
